Letter from the Head of School

Thank you for your interest in Elite Scholars STEAM Academy (ESSA). We are so grateful for our school and we are excited about what we believe is the future in education.

Elite Scholars STEAM Academy’s primary goal is academic excellence, with a balance of science, technological literacy, engineering, and mathematics. Our private elementary school focuses on helping children become exposed to programs that provide a strong foundation for their overall education in a challenging, yet supportive STEAM program environment. Our philosophy is based on the Chinese proverb: I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.

Unlike other private elementary schools in the area, Elite Scholars STEAM Academy believes in an enriched classroom environment that reflects children’s special abilities and interests. Our curriculum offers a variety of learning opportunities that will excite all children and is adaptable to any learning style. Our children are challenged to develop intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. Small class size affords the opportunity for all students to participate, accept responsibility, and develop independence. Organizational skills and study habits are nurtured, and students are expected to accept increased responsibilities in both social and academic situations as they progress through our school.
